I am sorry but I can't answer this question. I was only a visitor to a wedding and we stayed at the hotel close to Mt Hood. It was wonderful but I have no idea how to get your money back for the resort. Have you talked to the manager? The person who booked the hotel? Is the reason for canceling satisfied? Good luck!!
Q:
Are the summer attractions open in September?
A:
Not positive but I think I remember seeing September as part of the summer. I think it is very weather dependent.

Q:
If we have a full day package ... are there extra charges for the rides...
A:
The day would be the best way to go, we opted for just one trip down the alpine slide. Small children have to be over 3 to ride with an adult . And over 48" to ride alone.
Q:
Historically, what is the probability of snow in the middle of March?
A:
Not what you asked, but I went this past May 2016 and it was epic for May. It was a normal year and March was much better than May. I hope that helps.
